- New drop / impact after the repair
- New water damage
- Excessive pressure or misuse
- Repair attempt by a third party
- Faults unrelated to the repair
Warranty claim process
- Come back to the store with your device and your payment confirmation (the email you received after the initial repair).
- Our technician inspects the device and identifies the source of the problem.
- If the defect is covered: full re-repair at no charge. Otherwise, you'll be offered a new estimate.
Duration
The warranty takes effect on the date the repaired device is handed back. It covers a period of 6 calendar months. There's no limit on the number of warranty repairs during that period.
Replacement parts
All our parts are guaranteed premium (OEM or original). If we have to use a compatible aftermarket part (rare), we'll tell you explicitly before the repair.
